Kiana brings 15 years of experience shaping organizations and their people. She has made a lasting impact at companies including Facebook, Lyft, and Sorare, where she helped build thriving teams and cultures.
At Lyft, Kiana spent more than eight years driving the company’s rapid growth, scaling from its early days to nearly 5,000 employees worldwide and through an IPO. She is now excited to bring that expertise to Taktile as it expands across markets and regions.
Kiana shares, “My experience across talent, M&A, and scaling organizations has shown me that people drive the most enduring change. At Taktile, my focus is on reimagining the way we operate and grow, so we can unlock our full potential and position ourselves for lasting impact in the industry.”
