Its core product, the Pluvial Flood Index (PFI), scores individual property locations for flood risk at 1×1 metre resolution using advanced analytics and geospatial data, supporting improved underwriting, pricing and risk modelling. The solution is designed to help insurers and other risk carriers quantify and price flood exposure at the level of individual assets, and to validate flood analytics across large property portfolios.
