Before advising startups, Peter built and led high-performing data organizations at scale. At Klarna, he grew the data science function from 20 to more than 110 scientists. He later served as Chief Data Officer at Catawiki - recognized as the world’s fastest-growing tech company by Deloitte in 2015 - and was the founder of the first Dutch startup accepted into Y Combinator.
