Introducing Taktile Insights
Oct 27, 2026

Ask your decision data a question, get an answer in seconds. Pin charts you have prompted, create a customized control tower to get visibility over whole products or segments, then drill down on a flow by flow level.
Today we're launching Taktile Insights. Insights allows operations leaders, P&L owners, and analysts at banks and insurers to define, track and iterate on their own KPIs in plain language, directly where their decisions run.
We built Insights because our customers were tired of waiting weeks for analytics they could act on. One lending product owner would see approval rates dropping, wait two weeks for their BI team to identify the cause, and almost a month until a new credit policy was deployed.
Ambitious leaders across the industry deserve a better way to constantly improve the KPIs they own - whether onboarding more qualified customers, reducing claims leakage, or optimizing credit returns.
That means fixing the part of the process that’s been neglected for too long.
Banks and insurers are spending significant capital to make better decisions faster, but they don’t often invest in speeding up how quickly they can learn and then iterate on those decisions.
Taktile Insights puts the ability to understand decision performance in the hands of the people responsible for the outcome, changing how teams work and how quickly institutions can adapt.
What is Taktile Insights?
Taktile Insights answers questions about your decisions via Taktile’s in-product AI. It shortens the cycle from decision to insight to iteration, helping banks and insurers optimize decisioning and meet their KPIs faster.
In most institutions, there’s a gap between the system that makes the decision and the system that stores and processes data. With Taktile Insights, teams run decisions, pull data, and test new iterations in a single environment—so they can instantly turn insights into action.
It offers a workspace-wide control tower view of whole products or segments, where the people responsible for each KPI can optimize toward them without relying on external support.
With Taktile Insights, you can:
- Tailor your dashboards. Pin the KPIs that matter most to your day-to-day work and build a live view of performance.
- Drill into the details. Move from product-, segment-, or geography-level performance to specific flows and decisions to understand what is driving a change.
- Identify optimization opportunities. Ask questions in plain language and get answers and charts about the KPIs you own, without waiting for a custom report.
- Improve your process. Use what you learn to decide what to test or adjust in your workflows and decisioning, then measure the impact.
- Revise your dashboards and tracking. As your goals and KPIs change, re-prompt and update the views you rely on so your monitoring keeps pace with your process.
“A policy change that used to take us three to four weeks in our previous credit engine, we did in Taktile in 40 minutes — including validation and seeing it live in production.”
— Igor Viana, Credit Business Analyst, MagaluPay

How customers are using Insights to own their performance
Taktile customers are responsible for the KPIs that shape the customer experience and move the P&L. As teams experimented with Insights in beta, one thing became clear: once these teams have the tools that give them real ownership, they don’t wait to chase high performance.
Igor Viana, Credit Business Analyst at MagaluPay, told us: “A policy change that used to take us three to four weeks in our previous credit engine, we did in Taktile in 40 minutes, including validation and seeing it live in production.”
Similarly, Frank Caron, CPO at Reach Financial shared, “The Insights feature giving us the ability to do some real-time analytics for monitoring has already shown its value. For real-time monitoring, Insights is a winner.”
We also saw something we didn’t plan for. When people had the data in their own hands, they started getting creative.
It’s harder to stay switched on when you have to wait for someone else to tell you what’s happening in their own portfolio. But with Taktile Insights at their fingertips, customers were inspired to ask new questions, test hunches, and roll out updated policies in the same day.
Connect the dots between teams and execs in a single control tower
Most banks and insurers are drowning in dashboards created by different teams, built on different assumptions. Taktile Insights removes this problem by giving the whole operation one shared, always-on view of performance — a control tower that gives executives instant visibility at the product or segment level, and lets teams drill all the way down into individual flows when something moves.
- Executives: Senior leaders get a control tower for instant visibility into how a product or segment is performing — with the ability to drill into nested dashboards to understand what’s driving the numbers. This shared view breaks down silos, creates alignment across the organization, and offers a level of visibility and insight that was never previously possible.
- Business process owners & product teams: The people closest to decisioning get live monitoring of decision flows, so they can spot issues early, react faster when something looks off, and proactively optimize based on near real-time data — helping the business iterate, stay competitive, and grow faster.
With everyone looking at the same performance story, teams can plan their next moves with confidence — whether it’s a product owner optimizing an underwriting process or a senior executive preparing for board reporting.
"I wanted to see where customers drop off after we reach out to them, so I asked Insights for a chart of manual review cases per week, split by whether we'd asked for more information and whether they got back to us. I've built that same dashboard in our internal tools before. This was much faster."
— Therese Walsh, Credit Risk Strategy Lead, Faire
The frontier will be defined by the ability to iterate fastest
Banks and insurers are automating more decisions and handing more of them to AI agents. As that happens, seeing what those decisions are doing stops being a reporting nicety. It becomes a condition of performance, and of trust with boards and regulators.
We believe almost everyone will automate. The difference will be in who learns from their decisions fastest: who spots a change, understands it, adjusts the policy and checks the result, and how many times a quarter they can go round that loop. Each turn is small. The turns compound.
So the useful question for your institution isn't whether you have dashboards. You almost certainly do. It's how long it takes the person who owns a decision to answer a plain question about it, on their own, while there's still time to act. If the honest answer is weeks, the bottleneck isn't your decision engine.
