Taktile secures $110M Series C and commits $20M to accelerate AI transformation in financial institutions across Latin America

Jun 29, 2026

SÃO PAULO, June 11, 2026 – Taktile, the leader in AI transformation for financial institutions, today announced a dedicated US$20 million investment to accelerate its expansion in Brazil and Latin America. This regional investment follows Taktile's broader US$110 million Series C round, led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator and Dig Ventures. With the Series C, Taktile's total funding now exceeds R$1 billion. The region's financial services sector is adopting AI quickly, and Taktile is building its presence to meet that growing demand.

Taktile empowers banks and insurers to become AI-native organizations, increasingly driven by autonomous agents. Leading Brazilian financial institutions such as Stone, Isaac and Credix are combining Taktile's deep financial services expertise with its solutions built specifically for AI in the sector, which lets them put that AI into operation quickly and in line with regulation. Customers use Taktile to automate and optimize high-stakes decisions that used to take hours of manual work, enabling faster credit approvals, efficient claims processing and smarter fraud prevention.

Gabriel Purkyt, General Manager of Taktile Brazil, and Carolina Fraidemberge, Director of Sales for Latin America, will lead the company's regional expansion from the new São Paulo office. Gabriel brings more than 13 years of experience at strategy consultancies such as BCG, where he led AI transformation programs for Brazil's largest financial institutions. Carolina brings deep regional experience from FICO, B3 and Equifax, where she led growth strategies, built data and analytics functions, and managed strategic partnerships with major banks. Together, their experience positions them to help Latin America's most forward-looking financial institutions unlock the full potential of AI.

“The Latin American financial market, and Brazil's in particular, is one of the most sophisticated and innovative in the world. But institutions have consistently faced the same obstacle: deploying AI agents safely in complex, regulated decisions. The market has been missing a partner that combines financial services expertise with a proven platform, and that is exactly the space Taktile fills,” says Carolina Fraidemberge, Director of Sales for Latin America at Taktile.

“During my time at BCG, I saw firsthand how eager the region's financial institutions are to use AI for real business results, such as higher credit returns and lower fraud rates,” adds Gabriel Purkyt, General Manager of Taktile Brazil. “Taktile is exactly the partner they were looking for, and I'm thrilled to lead our expansion in Latin America. We're here to help customers reach unprecedented levels of efficiency and performance.”

Globally, Taktile customers have achieved measurable results, including 95% automation in B2B risk underwriting and a 75% reduction in anti-money laundering (AML) false positives. Among customers based in Brazil, Credix cut underwriting decision time by more than 95%, while Isaac reduced collections defaults by 11%. In addition, one of the world's largest insurers is running multiple use cases on Taktile, with projected cost efficiencies of more than US$90 million in claims processing alone.

“Taktile stands out for combining deep technical sophistication with a clear understanding of how regulated financial institutions actually operate. They work with a broad range of financial institutions to build, test and automate complex workflows that meet their specific needs,” said Christian Resch, Partner in Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

“Banks and insurers consistently tell us that Taktile has helped them transform how their teams make decisions with AI — enabling faster product launches, more precise risk mitigation and significant operational efficiency,” adds Jade Mandel, Managing Director in Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. “Taktile has built something rare: a team and a product that let financial institutions get real value from AI where it is hardest — inside regulated, high-stakes decisions. We're excited to partner with Maik, Max and the Taktile team.”
